Given how much coffee some of us drink in the office, we're really excited to have Starbucks at Sherman Crossroads. This is the first Starbucks in fast-growing South Sherman. It would not have happened without the hard work of broker Carole Tam and the expertise of our trusted building contractor Preston Pierce. The Starbucks siren—which is often mistaken as a mermaid—now beckons to the 50,000 vehicles per day passing along Interstate 75.
