On November 27th Chipotle began serving its delicious burritos and Mexican bowls at Sherman Crossroads. Harkinson Development constructed the store with the help of our fantastic general contractor Preston Pierce. On Monday our partnership sold the ground lease to Third Coast Trading Corp, a significant investor in QSR ground leases. Muchas gracias a todos!
